Reserve team no match for Clontibret

Our reserve team  were in action last night, Wednesday 18^th May,  in the Platinum Tanks, reserve football league and lost out to Clontibret on a score-line 0-6 to 1-12.

The first half was evenly contested with both sides picking off some nice scores and by the break Clontibret had a marginal lead 0-4 to 0-5. However, our performance during the second half left a lot to be desired and we had no answer to an impressive Clontibret side who played the better football throughout. Our passing was pitiable, over-elaboration at times and poor shooting conspired to keep the scoring low as we only managed to register two points during the second half. Clontibret on the other hand notched up 1-7 to leave the final score Rockcorry 0-6 Clontibret 1-12.
