Reserve Team Qualify for Final Clash

After the disappointing evening the previous night with our minor team losing out against Emyvale it was the turn of our reserve team to lift our spirits and boy they did not disappoint when they took on Killanny last night (Wednesday 8th September) in the league semi-final.

The first half was evenly contested with both sides enjoying good spells and were level at the break 0-6 to 1-3. However, in the second half we upped our performance and our work rate soon began to show as we took control of the game and secured victory on a score-line Rockcorry 2-13 Killanny 1-5.

Our opposition in the final will be Toome which is scheduled to take place on Tuesday 14th September at Inniskeen with a throw-in time of 8pm.
