It’s set to be a busy, busy week with a full fixtures programme involving all age groups & grades. I have summarised the schedule as follows:-

Starting on Monday evening, 23rd April, the under 16 team Rock-Emmets have a home game against Eire Og at 7.00pm.

On Tuesday 24th April the minor team Rock-Sarsfields play their third game of the league campaign when they travel to play Magheracloone at 7.15pm.

The senior team travel to play Inniskeen on Wednesday evening (25th April). The game has a throw-in time of 7.30pm.

The under 16 team Rock-Emmets are back in action on Thursday 26th April when they travel to play Scotstown B team at 7.00pm.

Next Friday evening, 27th April, the reserve team play in the preliminary round of the reserve championship (Crawley Cup) when they play host to Aughnamullen and the game has a throw-in time of 7.15pm

Just a reminder that later on that evening is off course are big fund raising event entitled “Rock Country Night” where local singers perform their favourite Country & Western classics and traditional Irish ballads. It takes place in St. Mary’s Hall starting at 9.00pm. Noel Hall will be the Master of Ceremonies, tickets cost €10 and refreshments will be served on the night.

Back to the football and next Saturday morning (28th April) the under 12 team has a home game against Corduff at 12 noon.

On Sunday 29th April our senior team are back in action when they play Cremartin at Pairc Naomh Mhuire at 2.00pm.

So yes, a very busy week ahead and lets hope its going to be enjoyable!
